Serck are recognised worldwide for their superb designs of shell and tube heat exchangers. Many are still functioning well after 40+ years’ service.

In addition to design and manufacture, we are also experts in heat exchanger refurbishment. Our specialty is our consultative approach during the refurbishment or repair process to consider potential design modifications to address a service problem or improve efficiency. We regularly work with AspenTech, HTRI and AutoCAD design software, among others.

Below are a selection of the most common products we manufacture, and we have capability to design and manufacture as small as 30kg units, all the way up to 60 tonnes, with design pressures up to 200BarG.

Materials we regularly work with during heat exchanger design and build include a wide variety of metals: carbon steel, stainless steels including duplex, copper alloys, titanium and exotics.

We can also supply your equipment with a number of coatings, including hot dip galvanizing, and paint systems including Heresite Phenolic and Epoxy Ester.
