Our service teams have extensive capabilities for testing your heat transfer equipment, whether on-site, off-shore or in our workshops. We are able to offer rapid response and can attend to your needs on an urgent basis, working round the clock, and can often complete an on-site service job within 24 hours.
We have specialized teams with re-tubing and repair expertise who are able to go on board or site on short notice and do re-tube or permanent/temporary repair. We are also able to take required dimensions to manufacture a new exchanger from a sample, conduct a temporary repair and, upon approval from the client, manufacture and supply new within a short period of time.
In our UK workshop we also have purpose-built testing rigs for conducting flushing and pressure testing:
Hot Oil Flushing & Pressure Testing
This process is carried out over an 8 hour period and conducts pressure testing at the same time as simulating the coolers being in service. This test and flush is conducted with a certified cleanliness level of 30 Microns operating at 3000 l/min @ 6 Bar – 60oC.
Hot Air Pulsation Testing
This has been designed to prove out product innovations and developments. It has a dual bed to enable accelerated product testing. It provides both Real Time Fatigue Life Assessments and Finite Element Verification.
